You also need to make sure that you have the breeding papers should you be buying a purebred yorkie. The breeding papers will let the vet know what lineage that your yorkie comes from and will verify that your yorkie is pure bred. Keep in mind that when you’re getting a pure bred yorkie you’re going to have to pay a considerable amount more.

The lifespan of these cichlids are shortened because of Cichlid Diseases. As we all know, Cichlids are sensitive and without proper care they will die. These diseases are a result of bacteria, fungi or parasites. Here are some examples of bacterial infection: fading of color, inflammation of skin and fins, sore and bulging eyes, and difficulty to breath. Parasites can cause worms and spotting of skin and scales. There are lots of diseases that can affect them like, hole in the head, salt like marks, swollen abdomen, poisoning, fish pox etc. If these diseases will not be given attention this fish will not have a longer lifespan and can trigger their species to grow in numbers. With that, we need to make sure the environment is free from bacteria, fungi and parasites by securing the tank is clean and water is always replaced every once a month.
